Born in Biloxi in 1857, George Ohr, “The Mad Potter of Biloxi,” sported an 18-inch long mustache! He created pitchers, pots, and vases that he called “mud babies” that were twisted, warped, and glazed with wild colors. Learn about Ohr and other fascinating artists from Biloxi on this Mississippi Day. Enjoy free refreshments all day and a free Make + Take workshop for kids from 10am–noon.
