MAC Presents: A Day for Artists

A partnership between the Mississippi Arts Commission and the Mississippi Arts + Entertainment Experience, A Day for Artists is designed to empower, educate, and equip Mississippi artists of all kinds. Artists will create, learn, and explore together, with opportunities to build relationships, expand access to resources, and grow professional skills.

In the afternoon, The MAX will come alive with artist-led studio activations. Speak directly with statewide and national artist service organizations about opportunities they provide artists, from residencies and grants to professional development and employment opportunities.

End your day by hopping on the trolley to tour the Meridian Museum of Art and downtown murals. Whatever adventure you choose, this day is for YOU, Mississippi artists.
