All media requests for interviews, press passes, and information, including photography and filming requests, must be coordinated through The MAX’s Marketing Department. Office hours are 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.

Our goal is to accommodate all requests in a timely manner, please note that we cannot always accommodate members of the media who arrive without prior communication. If you would like to obtain a press pass to visit The MAX, please contact the Marketing Department at least two business days in advance.
The Mississippi Arts + Entertainment Experience allows on-site photography and filming for media purposes; restrictions apply. All photo and video shoots must be coordinated through the Marketing Department. Please read our Photography Policy and Guidelines. You may also submit a photography/filming request via email.
High-resolution interior and exterior images of The MAX and images related to exhibitions are available for reproduction by the media. Contact the Marketing Department for high-res images or more information specific to your request.
Photography and filming for commercial purposes are subject to additional fees and typically scheduled on Mondays when The MAX is closed to the public. Please submit a request for a commercial shoot via email.
Photography Policy and Guidelines
The MAX is a popular location for photographers. While personal photography is encouraged at the Museum, it must be conducted without disruption to Museum operations.
